Bitcoin-native · Non-custodial · Signet
Multi-party Bitcoin payment channels.
No custodian. No intermediary.
A group shares one on-chain Bitcoin UTXO, a cluster, and pays each other off-chain, settling to the blockchain only on open and close. There's no server and no coordinator: every node holds only its own key share and wallet.

Payment channels are built for pairs. Real payment groups aren't.
Opening and rebalancing channels for an N-party payment group one relationship at a time is expensive and awkward, since every pair needs its own channel and its own on-chain transaction. Custodial multi-party solutions solve the coordination problem by reintroducing a trusted operator. Coalesce closes that gap: one on-chain transaction opens a cluster of any size, every member funds it independently, and from there the whole group can transact off-chain as much as it wants, with no server or coordinator in the loop.
How It Works
Dealerless keygen, automatic checkpoints, settled on Bitcoin.
- 01
Bootstrap a cluster
Every member runs bootstrap with the same peer list. Identity bundles are exchanged over authenticated, pubkey-pinned connections. No private key ever crosses the wire.
- 02
Dealerless keygen
Any member types keygen. The group key is generated distributed-ly, so no machine, including any operator's, ever holds the full key.
- 03
Fund the cluster
Every member independently runs dfund with whatever amount they want to commit. All of it lands in one joint funding transaction, so opening a cluster of any size takes a single on-chain transaction, not one per member and not one per pair.
Live Proof
Running live on Bitcoin signet.
Not a simulation. A real multi-node cluster running the full bootstrap, keygen, fund, send, and close flow on signet. We test in public, and our bug tracker is open.
